NATA IDOL Rules & Regulations

(నేటి నాటా గాయకులే రేపటి సిని గాయకులు  - Today's NATA Idols are Tomorrow's cine singers) 

Competition is being Judged by Lyricist Sri Chandrabose  & Music Director Sri Raghu Kunche .
Participation Rules:
                   Age Limit:    12 to  55
First Round: 
To participate please fill up entry form on NATA website with $20 fee and a "youtube" video link of a song emailed to NATAIDOL@NATAUS.ORG.
  • Participants can choose any song in Telugu Language. Total length of the recording should not exceed 5 minutes.
  • NATA Idol 2016 team requests participants to avoid indecent or obscene lyrics.
  • Participant can record the song using any device but the recording should be clear and lyrics should be audible. Poor recording may disqualify the entry.
  • Karaoke tracks should NOT be used for first round submissions. Only tambura or some form of drone for sruti can be used.
  • Deadline for Registration and submission of song for 1st Round: March 31st, 2016.
  • Participant can choose city of their choice while registration.
  • All entries will be screened by our two esteemed judges Sri Chandrabose and Sri Raghu Kunche. A select number of participants in each city will advance to the 2nd round.
  • Participant has to select the city of their choice when they send the entry form.
  • If selected, Participants will be notified by April 10, 2016.
Second Round : Stage Performances
  • All expenses related to participation, travel, lodging and boarding are borne by the participants and organizers are NOT responsible for any expenses.
  • Under any circumstances if the participant cannot attend the finals at the convention, he/she will be disqualified from the competition.
  • Second round Winner/Runner will be announced within 48 hours on NATA website and will be informed through email.

1. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. If you register, we assume you agree to them.
  1. All performers who qualified for semifinals are required to register for NATA 2016 convention.
  2. "NATA Idol 2016 competition" is being organized by NATA IDOL 2016 team.
  3. Competition participants must be between 12 and 55 as of December 31st 2015.
  4. While registering you have to provide a video clip of your entry and share it via internet. It should be a Telugu composition only and not exceeding 5 minutes.
  5. Registered participants will be informed of the organizer's decisions through email or web only.
  6. All rights are reserved by NATA Idol team. In case of any dispute, NATA Idol team's decision is final.
